11/01/2018 (1) The petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 12.12.2017 passed by the Collector, Raigarh by which Collector has allowed the petitioner and his brother/nephew to sell their crops (paddy) to Sewa Sahakari Samiti Limited to the extent of which they had sown crops on the lands held by them.
(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that impugned order is unsustainable and bad in law. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that factual dispute is involved, the petitioner is allowed to make representation to the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur against the order of Collector within a period of 15 days from today. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner, in that event Commissioner shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of representation.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
