Shri V. R. Tiwari, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 11.12.2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 23.12.2016 transferring the petitioner from Ambikapur to Dantewada. 2.

The petitioner did not have any interim order in his favour. It has been informed by the counsel appearing on either side that the order of transfer has since been complied with by the petitioner. 3.

At this juncture, counsel for the petitioner submits that there are

certain personal inconveniences which the petitioner faces on account of the transfer order being complied with.

Given the said fact, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to respondent no.1 who in turn shall consider the same sympathetically and pass a suitable order at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 5.
