1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners carried out loading and unloading of food grains bag at the instance of respondent. He would further submit that the execution of the work was done and the bills were submitted, however, though the part payment of the bills have been made but the amount of Rs.1,31,104/- still remains unpaid and since no dispute exists for balance amount, the same may be released. He would further submit that therefore, under the circumstances the petitioner has filed various
representations before the respondent, however, the same are not been decided and the last representation was filed on 07.11.2020. Therefore, he would submit that the respondent may be directed to decide the entitlement of undisputed claim of the petitioner as the part payment has already been made.
3. Perusal of the last representation dated 07.11.2020 would show that out of Rs.620326/-, Rs.4,89,222/- has been paid thereby the amount of Rs.1,31,104/- remains to be unpaid. In view of this, it is directed that the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2020 shall be decided within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
