1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 01.04.2017 and also to the order dated 19.05.2017, passed by the respondent No.2 & respondent No.4, respectively.

2. The petitioner by virtue of an interim protection by this Court has stayed the effect and operation of the impugned orders vide order dated 13.06.2017. By virtue of the interim protection the petitioner continues to work as Headmaster at the Govt. Middle School, Bachhaud.

3. Considering the efflux of time and the interim protection in favour of the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending any further. Accordingly, the

present writ petition stands disposed of directing that the respondents shall not act upon the impugned order, so far as the petitioner is concerned, however right of the respondents stands reserved for passing fresh order, in case administrative exigency, so demands.

4. It is made clear that in case fresh orders are passed, the same should be only in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.
