Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioner No.1 and petitioner No.2 both are major and married to each other against the wishes of father of petitioner No.1/respondent No.5 herein. The petitioners are apprehending threat to their life by respondent No.5, therefore, they may be provided with appropriate police protection. 2.

Be that it may, if the petitioners move an application before the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur by tomorrow, which will be considered

by the concerned authority within next three days from the date of filing of the application, strictly in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Certified copy today.
