1. Mr.Sunil Otwani, learned Additional Advocate General for respondents No.1 to 3/State, at the outset, would submit that premises in question has been de-sealed after due consideration. However, Mr.Sunil Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that

the petitioner will comply with the order of the Board of Revenue in its letter and spirit and in case of non-compliance, the respondents-authorities may proceed in accordance with law.

3. In view of statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent/State is at liberty to file affidavit qua sealing of premises in question as directed earlier.
