The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition was non payment of salary for the period between August, 2011 to March, 2012. Counsel for the State referring to Annexure R-1 dated 13.05.2014 submits that grievance of the petitioner has since been redressed and entire payment for the aforesaid period has been released.

In view of the said decision that respondents have taken vide order dated 13.05.2014, this Court is of the opinion that matter has since become infructuous. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Rohit
