The respondents in their return have come up with a stand that since the services of the petitioner have already been terminated, he cannot be granted the relief sought for.

Under the circumstances, the order of termination, since it is an appealable order and the appeal lies to the concerned Collector, reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the order of termination by way of a specific appeal to the Appellate authority, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed off.
