The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. praying that the investigation may be carried out by the CBI.

The State has filed return on 23.08.2013. During pendency of this petition, the investigating authority after investigation, has submitted final report before the Fast Track Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kabirdham (Kawardha) in Sessions Trial No. 04/2014 (State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Vikas Chandravanshi) in
which, the respondent has been convicted vide order dated 19.01.2015 for committing offence punishable under Sections 304-B of I.P.C. for life imprisonment and also imposed penalty of Rs. 25,000/-.

Since, the accused has already been convicted by the Court below, there is nothing to be determined by this Court at this stage.

In view of the subsequent development, the present petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Copy of the dated 19.01.2015 passed by Fast Track Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kabirdham (Kawardha) in Sessions Trial No. 04/2014 (State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Vikas Chandravanshi) is taken on record.
