2. On 04.09.2015 the State authorities were directed to conduct the election in respect of the petitioners' society. Learned State counsel, on instructions, would submit that the election has already been conducted on 19.10.2015 and the fresh office bearers have been elected.

3. In view of this, the instant petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
