1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has applied for registration of Society in the name of "Hind Mohammedan Club" and when he applied for registration, the office of the Registrar and Firms & Society by letter dated 01.06.2020 has asked to submit the No Objection Certificate from the Superintendent of Police.

2. Learned counsel submits that he has filed application before respondent no.2, the Superintendent of Police, on 14.08.2020 vide Annexure P-4 and the S.P., may be directed to decide the representation within a stipulated period.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without any observation as to the right or entitlement of the petitioner, the petitioner may file a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of 3 weeks and if such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 90 days.

4. With the above observation, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
