This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved by order of cancellation of allotment of her flat issued by respondent No. 1 - Raipur Development Authority dated 03.12.2014. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband has already died on 02.02.2013 due to which she was unable to pay the remaining installment.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation

before the respondent No. 1 - Raipur Development Authority within two weeks from today and, in that event, the said authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation on his own merits expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks' from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
