16 years after superannuation and almost 40 years after the so-called cause of action of claiming benefit of two advance increments for having undergone sterilization was claimed by filing the writ application in the year 2018. 2.

If the learned Single Judge dismissed such frivolous application vide order dated 12.11.2018, he did no wrong. In fact, he has rightly not encouraged such frivolous application and that too at such belated application on basis of cause of action when no such policy was in place.
