Though, the case is listed for orders on default in the Annexure P/3 is not legible, in view of order dated 24.11.2017 passed by this Court in WPS No. 6329/2017 (Mahesh Prajapati Vs. State Of Chhattisgarh) which appears to be similar in nature. Accordingly, this petition is disposed off with direction to the respondents to decide representation of the petitioner within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
