Agrawal Order On Board 31/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the advertisement dated 19.05.2017, the petitioners have made representation before the respondent authorities for grant of preference in the ongoing direct

recruitment under Rule 20 of the Chhattisgarh Horticulture NonGazetted (Non-Ministerial) Service Recruitment Rules, 2012 which has not been considered and decided till date. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make an additional representation before the competent authority for grant of relaxation in the ongoing direct recruitment within six weeks from today and, in turn the competent authority shall do well to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of filing of such representations.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
