The claim of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is for grant of compassionate appointment on the death of Late Baisakhu Ram Yadav of whom the petitioner is said to be the adopted son. 2.

The State counsel submits that it is a case where the claim application of the petitioner was under processed and in the course of process being done, certain formalities was to complete. The petitioner in spite of repeated reminders being sent on 06/06/2011, 16/06/2011, 21/06/2011 and again on

14/03/2012 has not completed the formalities required on account of which his case would not be finalized.

Be that as it may, subject to the petitioner fulfilling the requisite formalities as sought for by the respondents vide their letters dated 06/06/2011, 16/06/2011, 21/06/20111 and 14/03/2012, the case of the petitioner shall be considered for grant of compassionate appointment provided he still is within the permissible limits of granting compassionate appointment.
