Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that confiscation proceedings with regard to the petitioner's vehicle Tractor No.CGT 13 UH 0251 and Trolley No.13A 3251 is pending before the competent authority and he is willing to file an application for interim custody of said vehicle. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application for interim custody of his vehicle before the competent authority and the said authority shall consider and dispose of the application strictly in accordance with law.
