1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 13.07.2018 passed in WPS No.4562 of 2018 and also the order dated 17.12.2019 passed in Contempt Case (C) No.1063 of 2019.

2. Perusal of the record would show that earlier contempt petition filed by the petitioner itself had been disposed of by this court saying that no contempt is made out as the respondents have bonafidely prayed their part that was directed to and any further course of action has to be taken at the level of the petitioner.

3. In view of the same this court is of the opinion that second contempt petition in the given facts and circumstances of the case would not be sustainable. The only option available to the petitioner is to ensure completing of all the formalities on his part so far as his claim for compassionate appointment is concerned and if the grievance still survives he has to approach the court by way of a fresh writ petition.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction and liberty, the contempt petition at this juncture stands disposed of.
