Shri Salim Kazi, Dy. A.G.

Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 15.01.2019 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order that was passed 10 months ago i.e. on 21.03.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner have been terminated from the post of Rojgar Sahayak, Gram Panchayat Tiwarta, Janpad Panchayat Pali, District Korba.

2.

From perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner though more than 10 months have passed has not availed the alternative statutory remedy and has now filed the writ petition directly before the High Court challenging the same.

3.

This Court therefore is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this juncture. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail the alternative statutory remedy of appeal, the present writ petition stands disposed of. In case the petitioner prefers an appeal, the Appellate Authority is expected to decide the same in accordance with law.
