1. This appeal by the accused/appellant under Section 14 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is directed against the order dated 21.07.2020 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in MCRC No.3914 of 2020, refusing to allow his regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The appellant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.53/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 323, 506, 376(2)(n) and 114 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(1)(r)(s) & 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 registered at Police Station AJAK, Ambikapur, District Surguja,
