Sam Koshy Order On Board 27.11.2015 The main challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of suspension issued against the petitioner on 26.08.2010 Annexure P-1. Counsel appearing for the State submits that pending the writ petition, the order of suspension was revoked and the petitioner was permitted to join at Janpad Panchayat Bagicha and as such the grievance of the petitioner against the order of suspension stands redressed and nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. He further submits that even otherwise, the records would show that the petitioner must have crossed the age of superannuation.
