Agrawal Order On Board 12/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they may be allowed to make representation for redressal of their grievances to the Municipal Council, Kumhari and the State Government, respondents herein in terms of the Sections 16 & 17 (f) of The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2016 (henceforth "Rules, 2016") and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the respondents authorities for redressal of their grievances and, in turn, the same shall be

considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law in light of provisions contained in Sections 16 & 17 of the Rules, 2016 preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
