1. This CrMP has been filed for issuance of direction to the Special Railway Magistrate for disposal of Criminal Case No.3328/2013 expeditiously.

2. Considering the fact that proceeding has been initiated in the year 2013, it is expected from the Railway Magistrate, Bilaspur to decide the case expeditiously, if already not decided. A copy of this order be sent to the Railway Magistrate, Bilaspur.
