1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the instant petition for quashment of FIR, parties have entered into compromise in Matrimonial Suit No.203/2015 in the Court of Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Sealdah, South 24 Pgs., West Bengal and wife has given undertaking that she will not prosecute her criminal case and in view of that, the present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC be disposed of in terms of the undertaking given by respondent No.2 which is accepted and the petition under Section 482 of the CrPC is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive, if cause of action so arises in future.
