Sam Koshy Order On Board 19/01/2018 At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that a limited prayer is being made through the present writ petition that the repeated representations against terminal tax by the Municipal Corporation stand undecided be decided at the earliest. He submits that ends of justice would meet if the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner. 2.

Counsel for the respondents do not oppose the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.

This Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served keeping the petition pending any further. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondents 1 & 2 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date the petitioner produces the certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case and the authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter purely in accordance with law. Sd/- (P.
