1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.519/2019, registered at Police Station Dongargarh, District Rajnandgaon C.G. for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34, 120-B of the IPC.

2. Allegation against the applicant is that while obtaining loan under the Kisaan Credit Scheme, he submitted ownership

MCRCA No. 73 of 2020 document of land which did not belong to him and subsequently he failed to repay the loan amount.

3. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is rejected. However, if the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously. SD/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Judge Ayushi
