The present petition is filed for the following relief : (i) The the Hon'ble Court may kind enough to call the record of the petitioner.
(ii) That the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to issue an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions and to quash Annexure P-1 & P-2.
(iii) That the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case.

Perusal of Annexure P-1 would show that the permit was granted on 04.03.2014 for a period of 5 years; consequently, as on today,
Annexure P-1 is lived its life, no retrospective order can be passed. Likewise Annexure P-2 was issued on 01.06.2014, which was up till 31.05.2019 which too has lived its life; consequently, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
