Agrawal Order On Board /0 7 /201 (1) In writ petition (S) No.4256/2010 filed by petitioner No.1-Jalandhar Pradhan, this Court, by order dated 13.08.2010, directed the respondent No. 2 therein to consider petitioner's No.1 claim for promotion from due
date.
(2) Thereafter, the Competent Authority has passed an order dated 10.09.2010 and the seniority has been given to petitioner No.1 including other persons.
(3) Now, second writ petition has been filed by the petitioner No.1 and others stating that the petitioners are not being given posting and, therefore, the respondent No.2 be directed to grant posting to the petitioners. Document (Annexure P-6) has been filed, in which competent authority has informed to the petitioners that seniority list has been corrected and posting shall be given on the post being vacant. (4) Since the Competent Authority, by order dated 6.10.2010, has already directed that posting shall be given to the petitioners on the post being vacant, no further order is necessary.
(5) Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the petitioners' case for posting on post being available as per order dated 6.10.2010, if posting is not already granted.
