The petitioner has an interim order in his favour w.e.f. 30.01.2017. Considering the fact that the petitioner by virtue of the interim protection

continued to serve at Jagdalpur for all this period, the impugned order by efflux of time has lost its efficacy.

Reserving the right of the respondents to pass a fresh order in case administrative exigency so requires, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents not to act upon the impugned order Annexure P-1 any further so far as the petitioner is concerned. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Bhola
