Heard.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, however, looking to the length of detention that this applicant has undergone in jail, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the matter and conclude the trial in this case as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date this order is passed.
