Ms. Jyoti Rathore under instruction of Shri Rajeev Shrivastava, Advocate For Respondent/State :
Shri U. N. S. Deo, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 27.11.2015 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 25.08.2010 Annexure P-1 whereby the services of the petitioner were placed under suspension for non-compliance of the order of transfer dated 15.07.2010. From the record it appears that though the State does not show anything in its reply in respect of the subsequent development, the nature of dispute and the order under challenge by efflux of time has become only of an academic interest. As such, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present case as the petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
