Sam Koshy Order On Board 27.11.2015 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 25.08.2010 Annexure P-4 whereby the services of the petitioner were placed under suspension for non-compliance of the order of transfer dated 15.07.2010. State counsel submits that as the charge-sheet could not be filed within the stipulated period of time, the suspension order has automatically revoked and the petitioner has been permitted to resume his duty and he has already joined his duty.

In view of the same, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
