Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner is entitled for medical reimbursement from May, 2007 to October, 2011 amounting to Rs. 5,22,562/-, but that has not been considered and paid to him by respondents No. 2 to 4 for which he has already made representations (Annexure P/10) but they have not been considered till date, as such, necessary direction be issued to respondents No. 2 to 4.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4 would submit that petitioner's representations will be considered expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

Be that as it may, respondents No. 2 to 4 are directed to consider petitioner's representations qua reimbursement of medical bills from May, 2007 to October, 2011 within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order strictly in accordance with the applicable Rules by passing a reasoned and speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
