It is common ground that the present impugned order dated 05/02/2010 passed by the Collector, Surajpur was also challenged before this Court in batch of Writ Petitions in the matter of Saroj Kushwaha & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others1, and Ku. Nilam Minz and Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others2 and other connected matters .

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in the same 1 W.P.(S) No. 934/2010 2 W.P.(S) 1185/2010 decided on 25/10/2013

terms. A copy of the order in the matter of Saroj Kushwaha & others (supra) and Ku. Nilam Minz and Others (supra) be placed in the record of the present writ petition.
