(2) In view of the objection raised in the return filed by respondents 1 to 3 that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of preferring an
appeal before the Commissioner under the Chhattisgarh Teacher (Panchayat) Cadre (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012, learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition and prefer an appeal within 30 days. (3) In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. If the appeal is preferred within the above period, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the appeal at the earliest, after hearing all the interested parties, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of its presentation.
