1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of time pay scale w.e.f 01.04.2012 which has not been considered and for which he has already made representation.

2. Mr. Sunil Otwani, learned State counsel, submits that Clarification/Circular dated 12.09.2012 has already been issued and the petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with Clarification/Circular dated 12.09.2012.

3. Be that as it may, respondent-authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. However, petitioner is at liberty to

make additional representation within two weeks from today.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
