This petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the correctness and validity of order dated 14.08.2017 on various grounds inter alia, on the ground that the petitioner is again being sent to a scheduled area though he had remained posted in the scheduled area throughout his carrier. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in a similar situation, directions have been issued by this Court for consideration of representation.

The petitioner has already preferred a representation, which has not been decided till date and he has not been relived. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 14.08.2017 and the petition has been filed in the month of January, 2018. It being only

a transfer matter, therefore, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending but it would be expedient to dispose off the petition with direction to the respondent to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It would be open for the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with copy of this order.
