The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of the WPT No. 143/2016. The present MCC has been file after a period of more than 400 days.

For the reasons assigned for seeking condonation of delay does not seem to be justified or a satisfactory explanation which could be taken note of for considering condonation of delay. However, considering entire facts and circumstances of the case subject to the petitioner depositing cost of 20,000/- before the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036, the writ petition stands restored to its original number within a period of 15 days.

Upon furnishing the receipt of deposit of the amount to the Registry, the writ petition would stand restored to its original number.

If the amount is not deposited within the time stipulated, this order would loose its efficacy.
