1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application under Order 7 Rule 14(3) of the C.P.C has been rejected by the impugned order.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only the documents would be required to be taken on record as the plaintiff does not want to lead any further evidence on the said documents.

3. Since the documents are relevant and necessary for just and proper disposal of the suit, the impugned order is hereby set aside and the documents are taken on record, subject to payment of Rs.3,000/- to the defendants Rs. 1,500/- each and petitioner will not be allowed to lead further evidence on the basis of documents now taken on record.

4. The respondents are at liberty to file application for modification if they feel aggrieved with this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off.

6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through Email and Fax.
