1. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 would submit that demarcation has already been carried out, therefore, the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would not dispute the statement, however, he would submit that physical possession has not been delivered to the petitioner.

3. In view of the endorsement in the demarcation report mentioning that possession has already been handed over to the petitioner, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceeding for delivery of possession.
