Mr. Neeraj Choubey, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 24/04/2018

1. These two writ petitions were challenging the order of suspension and the issuance of the charge sheet to the petitioner.

2. The counsel appearing of the petitioner fairly submits that pending the petitions before this High Court, the departmental enquiry itself has been concluded and the petitioner has been inflicted with the punishment of compulsory retirement.

3. Given the fact that the departmental enquiry itself has been concluded, so far as the order of suspension, as also the issuance of charge sheet is concerned, these two writ petitions by efflux of time have become infructuous.

4. These two writ petitions thus stand dismissed as having become infructuous.
