1. Heard.

2. The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during the trial in connection with Crime No.28/2018 registered at PSSarkanda, Distt. & Revenue Distt. Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Section 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 4, 6 of POCSO Act.

3. The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order dated 30.04.2018 passed in M.Cr.C No. 2334/2018.

4. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected.
