Annexure-P-1 is the notice issued to the petitioner to satisfy the Municipal Authorities that he is raising construction on his own land and that the construction is duly authorized and permitted under the applicable municipal laws.

Let the petitioner satisfy the Municipal Authorities within a week by producing documents that the construction is lawful and duly permissible under the extant laws. On such document being filed, the Municipal Council, Balrampur shall carry out demarcation of the land owned by the petitioner in the petitioner's presence and

thereafter the demolition shall be carried out, if required. 3.

The proceedings shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of submission of documents by the petitioner. 4.

During this period, the subject building raised by the petitioner shall not be demolished.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
