The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's request for

change of posting upon transfer has not been considered till date and in the meantime, in respect of another employee Smt. Durga Usare, who was also promoted along with the petitioner vide order dated 10-01-2017, posting has been modified and she has been now posted in place of the petitioner, without there being any order of modification of posting of the petitioner as per petitioner's request.

It appears that petitioner has not joined at the place where she has been posted upon promotion and some other employee has now been posted in her place. Therefore, it would be in fitness of things that the petitioner's request for change/ modification of her posting upon promotion be also considered and decided at the earliest. Let a decision in this regard be taken within a period of 4 weeks and appropriate order may be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
