Agrawal Order On Board 16/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal under Section 89 of the Motor Vehicles Act before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal within a period of two weeks from today.

(2) Permission is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal under Section 89 of the Motor Vehicles Act within a period of two weeks from today. If such the appeal is filed by the petitioner before the said authority within a period of two weeks from

today, in that event the Appellate Tribunal shall consider and decide the appeal expeditiously from the date of filing of such appeal. (4) Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
