AWARD (Passed on this 11.09.2021) 1.

As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, Respondent No.3/United India Insurance Company Limited has hereby agreed to deposit Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees one lac ten thousand only) over and above the compensation awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal within a period of two months from today. The said amount of compensation shall not carry any interest, if paid within the period of two months, else it shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from the date of passing of this award till the date of its actual amount. The amount of compensation shall be payable to appellant(s) through cheque 2.

It is directed that the said amount shall be disbursed as per the condition stipulated in the award impugned with reference to the minors. 3.
