1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for removal of encroachment is not being considered and decided by respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Bilaspur and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.4- Tahsildar, Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
