Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an Ex-service man and applied to Director General of Resettlement (in short DGR) for obtaining Security Agency as per the rules & regulation and policies issued by the Department to Ex-servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence and the Security Agency was registered by the DGR on 16.08.2018 and accordingly the license was issued. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for to the State Controlling Authority, Private Security Agency as per the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and as per Chhattisgarh State Private Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2008 and the confirmation of the application was received on 24.09.2018. It is contended that the application of the petitioner is not considered on the ground that another issue is pending in W.P.(C) No.1112/2020 wherein

-2certain interim order dated 09.06.2020 (Annexure P-3) has been passed. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner being not a party in the said petition bearing W.P.(C) No.1112/2020, the said interim order shall not affect him. Therefore, his application for grant of sponsorship may be considered by the Directorate General of Resettlement/ respondent No.2.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that as per the instructions, the respondents will examine the case of the petitioner.

In view of such submission, the individual case of the petitioner may be considered including the fact whether the interim order dated 09.06.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.1112/2020 would have an effect on further grant of sponsorship. The said decision may be taken within 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This order cannot confer any right to the petitioner.
