At the outset, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that so far as the dispute raised by the Petitioner, he would be satisfied if the Writ Petition itself is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the two representations that he has made to the Respondents vide Annexure P-10, dated 18.2.2009 and Annexure P-14, dated 21.6.2010.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents do not have any objection in this regard.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to ensure that the representations made by the Petitioner are decided on its own merits, in accordance with the rules applicable, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
