1. The present petition is filed by the petitioner against the improper investigation done by respondent No.2.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that on the complaint of the petitioner FIR has been registered for offence under Section 304(A) of the IPC. He further submits that petitioner's son has died but investigation has not been progressed yet.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to move representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police and the concerned Superintendent of Police is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
